Raymond John Konkal is the President of R.J. Konkal Associates Inc.

Ray's career spans over twenty-eight years of successful participation in Management, Management Information Systems and Management Consulting. This experience includes both Commercial and Mil Spec manufacturing (job shop, repetitive and process industries), government and distribution/warehousing environments.

His education background is in Business Administration, complimented with varied technical (i.e. Computer Science) and Project Management studies.

He is/was a member of the following professional organizations:

• Canadian Association of Production & Inventory Control (CAPIC)
• Program Management Institute (PMI)
• American Management Association (AMA)
• Association for Systems Management (ASM)

In addition, Ray has made formal presentations at international conferences, including:

• APICS - "Operations & Technologies in Aerospace and Defence"
• CIM Executive Seminar - "Improving Productivity through CIM"

At the community college level, he has chaired and served on various ad hoc advisory committees tasked with developing curriculum related to systems analysis and development courses.

Ray is a pioneer in the field of Business Process Re-engineering, and as President of R.J. Konkal Associates Inc., he has helped a number of Canada's leading companies realize improved business processes and higher productivity.
